  1. OK, OK, I forgive you, although personally I never make spelling mistakes, or mistakes of any kind, which is why I feel righteously entitled–even obligated–to point out the mistakes of others, preferably in the most public, humiliating fashion possible…

    Oh, wait…

    Much love,

    Jenny

I’m still not used to the fact that i’m human. But I know my mistakes make my girl friends happier. i should remember that!

    Dear DEAR Carole,
I am in awe of all you do, all you accomplish, all you are in all your roles as wife, mother, coach, facilitator and, as if that were not enough, amazing artist who provides comic relief that touches my soul. Your blog was perfect and understandable and communicated a deeper message I needed to hear ~ what am I hanging on to? And, spelling, pronunciation and punctuation are the least of your message. Je vous adore!

    • Carole Levy

Now that I know your spelling skills, you’ll be my official editor! love to you!

  3. Hélène

You’re always so encouraging Robin… could you be with me all the time?

  4. To put this into context, Pudo escribire apenass en el francés, así preoccupándose de la ortografía des errores es une nivel de dominio que nunca veré.

    • Carole Levy

Ah wouaih vous les français!!! Bon mais j’avoue que je voulais susciter un peu de réactions vu que ma dernière séquence (que j’avais trouvée très deep) avait quasiment susicté… rien. Me voilà rassurée!!

  5. Ken K

Ha! Been there, done that. Don’t want to do it again. Would you like some soothing? 😉

  6. Love it Carole…I say ‘brava’ to all the spilling mistakes we can make! Let them roll on through. Thanks for your incredible wit and delightful way of seeing (and drawing) the world! Love it!

  7. Shayne

Carole, please don’t clean up the spilling missteaks. It’s the written version of your delightful accent when you mispronounce something in English. Only the people that spend face to face time with you get the pleasure of hearing them. Your written mistakes spread the wealth to the entire internet.

Bottom line, you stop misspelling, I stop reading your blog!

    • Carole Levy

I love the “missteaks”… that’s the play of word i was searching for!

  8. Mike R

Spelling is an editorial function. You are a creative genius & should not be bothered with such mundane things as spilling. 😀

  9. mao

Ben moi non plus je les avais pas vu les mistakes. mais maintenant je vais relire ….
Double dip and double deep …
    Bises

  10. Harry Spence

The title was very misleading–I couldn’t find anything in the cartoon about spilling something.

    • Carole Levy

Perhaps I don’t even understand the word “spilling”?!! xoxox

  11. Hehe, thanks Carole, this and the last post one somehow hits home! Sorry I don’t always check them on time. Season’s Greetings to all, and happy new year 2012!
