Stay tuned for the next months! And for my new concept:
one cartoon per post. This post has two pages: 1- Introduction 2- Liz’s cartoon.
Yes, this is a micromanaging guideline because I know you guys: you’re busy,
you read fast and you might think it’s the end when it’s actually the beginning…

We love you too Carole! And I don’t know what we would do without Liz either!
This is so funny Carole–you are such a talent.
Fabulous. The Drawing AND the text. Your talent continues to blossom Carole!
LOL
Thank you for speaking my thoughts exactly — where would we be without Liz? Wonderful!
Superb, original, sudbtle, so funny, I love it, I love you…
awesome, made my day !
Love it!!!!
I love it, Liz Goddess of Human Ressources!! Perfect title! The drawing is just awesome and your words are exactly how I feel about her. We love you Liz!!
Thanks Carole. I really appreciate your honesty and vulnerability. If I could just let go of my tensions with collaboration (hidden competition), hierarchy, proving my worth, protecting my turf, etc… I know my life would be more peaceful, fulfilling, and joyful. But when I am busy (all the time), my ego runs day to day operations, and well…, we know where that leads. So again, thanks for your humorous way of helping me to stop, thoughtfully consider what I want to create with my colleagues, and start again.
Carole,
I love your concept of caricaturing your colleagues in a fun-loving way. And though I don’t know Liz, I have met many Liz’s in my past work experiences.
I love your cartoons about the workplace because humor paves the way for true collaboration and openness. When we can laugh together, we can trust each other.
And, by the way, I read the Western Woman cartoon and laughed until I almost peed my pants!!! That is the most hilarious cartoon ever! It made me want to move in with you and Jean Pierre for a few days to overhear your bedtime conversations.
Love, Taz
Bravo Caro
cela fait du bien de te voir faire ca
bisous

Carole, you’ve done it again! Brilliant!
I wonder if Liz wants to move to Canada. We have a wonderfully challenging opening here. And we have more official holidays and a great hockey team. Did I mention the vast open spaces?
Great blog Carole. I look forward to more. Warmly, Ian
I love it!!!!
