Whether onsite or using video conferencing, these conversations are essential to “clear the air,” re-align on common goals, and solidify new ways of working together.
Using Carole Lévy’s book The Bumpy Road to Collaboration, we customize facilitations for small and large teams, with a combination of tools and leadership concepts, brainstorming techniques, taking stock, and team and self-reflections.
These practical sessions promote candid conversations about team deliverables, challenges, unproductive habits and common ground. They provide a framework to step back, reflect on strategy and culture, enhance co-ownership and trust.
