After feathers or balloons, chewing gum, incense paper and sandcastles, here is another creative way to manage our mind-chatter! (This one has been very effective for me!)

I know it’s been a LONG series, which started April 30, 2015, but is there anything more important in life than learning to be emotionally present, centered, and free of mental interference so that we can bring our full potential to all our endeavors?
